SUBJECT: LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT NO. 2011-01 FILED FOR PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE
NORTHEAST CORNER OF NORTH CEDAR AVENUE AND EAST DAKOTA AVENUE.
(APN: 438-021-36, 37, 55, 62, 66 and 67)
This letter is to acknowledge that on the basis of the deed transactions recorded on July 11, 2011,
Document No. 2011-0090916 and the resulting parcels described in Lot Book Guarantee Order No. 1004-
3502926, dated July 11, 2011, issued by First American Title Company, the parcel line adjustments
approved for the subject Lot Line Adjustment, have been perfected and conform to the provisions of
Section §§66412(d) of the State Subdivision Map Act and Section 12-1204(c) of the Fresno Municipal
Code.
The resulting parcels hereinafter shall each be considered the lots of record.
