This letter is to acknowledge that on the basis of the deed transaction recorded on February 28, 2011,
Document No. 2011-0029871 and the resulting parcels described in Lot Book Guarantee Order No.
CACTI 7710-7710-4441-044110659Z-CTIC-2011-G12, dated February24, 2011, issued by Chicago Title
Insurance Company, the parcel line adjustments approved forthe subject Lot Line Adjustment, have been
perfected and conform to the provisions of Section §§66412(d) of the State Subdivision Map Act and
Section 12-1204(c) of the Fresno Municipal Code.
The resulting parcels hereinafter shall each be considered the lots of record.
