SUBJECT: LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT NO. 2010-12 FILED FOR PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE
NORTHEAST CORNER OF WEST BEDFORD AVENUE AND NORTH HARRISON
AVENUE.

This letter is to acknowledge that on the basis of the deed transactions recorded on January26, 2011 and
April 28, 2011, Document Nos. 2011-0012265 and 2011-0057484 and the resulting parcels described in
Lot Book Guarantee Order No. 55601-1013517-10, dated April 12, 2011, issued by North American Title
Insurance Company, the parcel line adjustments approved for the subject Lot Line Adjustment, have been
perfected and conform to the provisions of Section §§664-12(d) of the State Subdivision Map Act and
Section 12-1204(c) of the Fresno Municipal Code.
The resulting parcels hereinafter shall each be considered the lots of record.
