SUBJECT: LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT NO. 2010-09 FILED FOR PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE
SOUTHEAST CORNER OF NORTH WEBER AVENUE AND WEST SIERRA AVENUE.
(APN: 504-080-43 portion)
This letter is to acknowledge that on the basis of the deed transactions recorded on September 27, 2011,
Document Nos. 2011-0129070 and 2011-0129071 and the resulting parcels described in Lot Book
Guarantee Order No. 55601-1101786-11, issued by North American Title Insurance Company, the parcel
line adjustments approved for the subject Lot Line Adjustment, have been perfected and conform to the
provisions of Section §§66412(d)of the State Subdivision Map Act and Section 12-1204(c)of the Fresno
Municipal Code.
The resulting parcels hereinafter shall each be considered the lots of record.
