SUBJECT: LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT NO. 2010-07 FILED FOR PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE
SOUTHWEST SIDE OF BROADWAY BETWEEN STANISLAUS STREET AND
TUOLUMNE STREET.
(APN: 466-205-04 and 05)
This letter is to acknowledge that on the basis of the deed transactions recorded on August 10, 2010,
Document Nos. 2010-0101958 and 2010-0101959 and the resulting parcels described in Lot Book
Guarantee Order No. 710020014, dated August 10, 2010, issued by Lawyers Title, the property line
adjustments approved for the subject Lot Line Adjustment, have been perfected and conform to the
provisions of Section §§66412(d)of the State Subdivision Map Act and Section 12-1204(c)of the Fresno
Municipal Code.
The resulting parcels hereinafter shall each be considered the lots of record.
