SUBJECT: LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT NO. 2010-06 FILED FOR PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE
NORTHWEST CORNER OF EAST WHITE AVENUE AND NORTH NINTH STREET.
(APN: 454-281-25)
This letter is to acknowledge that on the basis of the deed transactions recorded on June 11, 2010,
Document Nos. 2010-0074945 and 2010-0074946 and the resulting parcels described in Lot Book
Guarantee Order No. 610600498, dated June 24, 2010, issued by Lawyers Title Insurance Corporation,
the property line adjustments approved for the subject Lot Line Adjustment, have been perfected and
conform to the provisions of Section§§66412(d)of the State Subdivision Map Act and Section 12-1204(c)
of the Fresno Municipal Code.
The resulting parcels hereinafter shall each be considered the lots of record.
