SUBJECT: LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT NO. 2010-04 FILED FOR PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE
NORTHEAST CORNER OF EAST MCKINLEY AVENUE AND NORTH FIRST STREET.
(APN: 446-274-06, 07, 08 and 11)
This letter is to acknowledge that on the basis of the deed transaction recorded on April 1, 2011,
Document No. 2011-0045449 and the resulting parcels described in Lot Book Guarantee Order
No. 1004-3176341, dated April 18, 2011, issued by First American Title Company, the parcel line
adjustments approved for the subject Lot Line Adjustment, have been perfected and conform to the
provisions of Section §§66412(d)of the State Subdivision Map Act and Section 12-1204(c)of the Fresno
Municipal Code.
The resulting parcels hereinafter shall each be considered the lots of record.
