(AP N: 310-694-13 & 14) This letter is to acknowledge that on the basis of the deed transactions recorded on March 18, 2010, Document Nos. 2010-0035554 and 2010-0035555 and the resulting parcels described in Lot Book Guarantee Order No. 55601-995414-10, dated March 22,2010, issued by North American Title Company, the property line adjustments approved for the subject Lot Line Adjustment, have been perfected and conform to the provisions of Section§§66412(d)of the State Subdivision Map Act and Section 12-1204(c) of the Fresno Municipal Code.
