SUBJECT: LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT NO. 2007-13 FILED FOR PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE
NORTHEAST CORNER OF NORTH WEST AVENUE AND EAST GRIFFITH WAY.
(APN: 434-020-36 and 93)
This letter is to acknowledge that on the basis of the deed transactions recorded on April 7, 2015,
Document No. 2015-0040634, and the resulting parcels described in Lot Book Guarantee Order No.
NCS-684804-SF dated April 14, 2015, issued by First American Title Company, the parcel line
adjustments approved for the subject Lot Line Adjustment, have been perfected and conform to the
provisions of Section §§66412(d) of the State Subdivision Map Act and Section 12-1204(c) of the
Fresno Municipal Code.
The resulting parcels hereinafter shall each be considered the lots of record.
