A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRESNO ADOPTING
THE 2ND AMENDMENT TO THE ANNUAL APPROPRIATION RESOLUTION
NO. 99-181 BY APPROPRIATING$105,000 TO RECEIVE GRANT FUNDING
FOR THE FY 2000 PORTION OF THE VIOLENCE AGAINST WOMEN LAW
ENFORCEMENT SPECIALIZED UNITS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRESNO:
THAT PART III of the Annual Appropriation Resolution No. 99-181 be and is hereby amended as
follows:

California Office of Criminal Justice Planning for the Violence Against Women Law Enforcement
Specialized Units Program.
