2. Vehicle Height/Length/Weight:
• Height: 7’4”

• Length: 24’ 8”
• GVRW: 19,500
3. Chassis Engine:
• Power Stroke 6.7 LTD
• 330 HP
4. Fuel Tank:
• 36 gallons
• DEF 8 gallons
5. 4x4 Engagement / Disengagement:
• This four-wheel drive (4WD) system features a 2-speed
Electronic Shift On the Fly (ESOF) transfer case offering two-
wheel drive high (2H), four-wheel drive high (4H), and four-wheel
drive low as available (4L) modes. In 4H or 4L, it locks power to
all wheels for traction in snow, sand, or mud. The 4L mode low
range gearing for extra torque in tough conditions like deep
sand, steep climbs, or heavy towing.
• The ESOF four-wheel drive system:
o Provides 4x4 High ESOF while the vehicle is moving.
o Controlled via dash-mounted push button for 4x2, 4x4
High or 4x4 Low selection.
o Features auto/manual hub locks auto engages hubs
based on 4x4 mode, lock keeps them engaged at all
times.
o Increases fuel economy in recommended auto hub
mode.
• Do not use 4H or 4L mode on dry, hard surface roads, they may
cause excessive noise, tire wear, and/or drivetrain damage.
These modes are for consistently slippery or loose surfaces.
Occasional clunks in 4L are normal. switch to 2H once back on
dry roads to prevent mechanical binding.
• Two-wheel drive high (2H):

o Rear-wheel drive for standard road use.
• Four-wheel drive high (4H):
o Delivers 4WD to all wheels for off-road or winter use—avoid
on dry pavement.
• Four-wheel drive low (4L):
o Adds low range gearing for increased torque in off-road
conditions like deep sand, steep slopes, or heavy towing.
• Switching four-wheel drive on and off:
o A brief clunk or ratcheting sound when shifting to 4WD
while moving is normal as the front drivetrain engages.
• Selecting a four-wheel drive mode:
o Drive mode control on the instrument panel allows
selection of 2H or 4H at a stop or while driving (refer to
speed chart below). The selected mode appears in the
cluster when shifting completes. Flashing lights or
messages may appear during shifts or prompt the driver
to release the accelerator for smoother engagement.
o Momentarily easing off the accelerator during a shift in
progress message improves shift performance
o Do not shift while cruise or trail control is active, as it may
disrupt proper operation.
o Do not shift during rear wheel slip, tight turns, or
acceleration, as this may prevent proper engagement.
o Some noise during shifting or engagement is normal;
faults trigger a warning in the instrument cluster.
• Shifting to or from 4L:
o To select or exit 4L:
• Bring your vehicle to a speed of 3 mph or less.
• Place the transmission in neutral (N)
• Press the desired four-wheel drive button on the
drive mode control.

• A “shift in progress” message appears in the
cluster. If conditions are not met, the system will
not shift and will display guidance. If a transfer
case tooth blockage occurs, move forward
approximately 5 ft in gear, then shift to neutral
(N) to complete the range shift.
• Four-wheel drive information messages
Message Action
Check 4x4 4WD system fault detected; service promptly.
4x4 Shift in Progress 4WD system shifting in progress.
For 4x4 LOW Shift to
N
Displays when shifting to 4L without first selecting neutral
(N).
For 4x4 LOW Slow to
3 MPH Displays when shifting to 4L while above 3 mph.
To Exit 4x4 LOW Shift
to N
Displays when you attempt to switch from 4L mode and
you do not shift the transmission to neutral (N).
To Exit 4x4 LOW
Slow to 3 MPH
Displays when shifting from 4L mode and your vehicle's
speed is greater than 3 mph.
Shift Delayed Drive
Forward
Displays during a gear tooth blockage when shifting
to/from 4L or neutral. To clear, drive forward
approximately 5 ft (1.5 m) in gear, then shift to neutral (N)
to complete the range shift.
Shift to Neutral Displays when an additional shift to neutral (N) is needed
to complete transfer case shift.
To Engage 4x4 Slow
to 3 MPH
Prompts drivers to reduce speed when 4H engagement
fails.
To Engage 4x4
Release Accelerator
Pedal
Prompts release of accelerator to complete 4WD shift.
4x4 Unable to
Disengage See
Manual
Indicates mechanical shift block when exiting 4H.

• What is the electronic locking differential?
o Located in the rear axle, the electronic locking differential
locks both wheels to spin together when activated,
improving traction should the vehicle get stuck.
o Electronically shift the differential on the fly within the
speed range; it disengages above a set speed and
reengages below it.
o Engages automatically with select modes.
o Automatically activates or deactivates based on speed,
4WD mode, and drive mode selection
• Switching the electronic locking differential on and off.
o Press the electronic locking switch to engage and
disengage the differential.
