APPLICATION EMT airway bags are carried on every apparatus and used on medical responses. OPERATIONAL POLICY EMT air way bags are used when providing EMT services. They shall be cleaned and inventoried at the beginning of each tour. OPERATIONAL GUIDELINE This section intentionally left blank. PROCESS Medical items used on calls will be restocked from the ambulance on scene. If an item is used and not restocked because of extenuating circumstances, it will be restocked on the next call. If there are issues restocking items, contact the ambulance supervisor S-100 (559) 259-0054. Items not carried by the ambulance provider will be restocked through Supply (i.e., BP cuffs, Sharps containers, Narcan, etc.).
