A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRESNO ADOPTING
THE 96T"AMENDMENT TO THE ANNUAL APPROPRIATION RESOLUTION
NO. 98-159 BY APPROPRIATING $7,400 FROM DISTRICT 5'S GENERAL
INFRASTRUCTURE CAPITAL BUDGET TO VARIOUS COMMUNITY
ORGANIZATIONS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRESNO:
THAT PART III of the Annual Appropriation Resolution No. 98-159 be and is hereby amended as
follows:

THAT the purpose is to appropriate $7,400 from District 5's General Infrastructure Capital
Budget to provide funding to various community organizations. The organizations include $1,400 to
Sunnyside High School to purchase international flags for their campus; $2,000 for Fresno/Calwa
Community Outreach Services; $2,000 for the National Junior Basketball League; $1,000 to the
Fresno Zoological Society and $1,000 to the Fresno Junior Handball Club.
