APPLICATION Captain’s to complete annually at the end of May after hose testing and repair. OPERATIONAL POLICY Station captains are to ensure inventories for hose and salvage covers on apparatus and the fire station are documented on the FD -29 at the completion of hose testing. OPERATIONAL GUIDELINE This section left intentionally blank. PROCESS Use FD-29 located in Fire Station Folders. Update inventories when items are replaced through the year.
