NORTHEAST CORNER OF NORTH CEDAR AVENUE AND EAST FARRIN AVENUE.
(APN: 436-174-03 and 04 and 436-254-02 and 03)
This letter is to acknowledge that on the basis of the deed transactions recorded on January 18, 2018,
Document No. 2018-0005519, the parcel line adjustments approved for the subject Lot Line
Adjustment, have been perfected and conform to the provisions of Section §§66412(d) of the State
Subdivision Map Act and Section 15-4202 of the Fresno Municipal Code.
The resulting parcels hereinafter shall each be considered the lots of record.
