The undersigned also affirm said property consists of contiguous parcels under common ownership and understand and agree recordation of this Notice of Voluntary Parcel Merger, Voluntary Parcel Merger No. 20/6-/3 , shall cause the separate parcels or units of land to be merged into one parcel, which shall hereafter be treated in all respects as a single parcel pursuant to the City of Fresno's Municipal Code and the California Subdivision Map Act.
