A Resolution of the Council of the City of Fresno adopting the 41't

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRESNO:
THAT PART lll of the Annual Appropriation Resolution No.2013-98 be and is hereby
amended as follows:

At the Council meeting of 4110/14, Council adopted the attached Resolution No.
2014-59 entitled 4l=t amendment to the AAR No. 2013-98 appropriating $748,800 for the
construction of the Universally Accessible Park, ltem No. 283, by the following vote:

executing and dating your action. Please file the completed memo with the Clerk's office on

Sunday, or holiday, in which case it has also been excluded. Failure to file this memo with
the Clerk's office within the required time limit shall constitute approval of the ordinance,
resolution or action, and it shall take effect without the Mayor's signed approval.
