(APN: 496-212-23 and 496-212-24) This letter is to acknowledge that on the basis of the Notice of Voluntary Parcel Merger recorded as Document No. 2023-0028935 on 3/27/2023, the property line adjustments approved for the subject Voluntary Parcel Merger, have been perfected and conform to the provisions of Section §§66499.20 ¾ of the State Subdivision Map Act and Section 15-4203 of the Fresno Municipal Code.
