SECTION 1. Tha-!j -tho City of Rresno Public Employment Program, Section
V, budgeted under :Budget Account 89, and ",hich is operating under a grant "lith
the U.S. ]epaxtment of-Labor, with a revised termination date be allo",ed to
continue under the current approved 1973-74 Budget for a period of sixty (60)
clays to allo\., approval of grant modifications and time .for proper preparation
of a buoget to include adoitional funds recently allocated by the U.S.
Department of Labor, and that the Chief Administrative Ofi'icorbo authorized
to execute any grant modifications required.
SECTION 2. That this Resolution be approved and effective immediately
upon passage thereof.
