NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City
of Ftesno, State of California, as follows:
1. The foregoing recitals are true and correct and the
Council so finds and determi,nes.
" 2. It is her~by directed that the proposed Resolution of
Intention hereinabove described, together with said map of the
exterior boundaries of said proposed City of Fresno 'Assessment
District No. 59 be submitted to the Board of Supervisors of the
county of Fresno for its approval, as required by law, and thnt

said Board of Supervisors be requested to approve said proposed
Resolution of Intention and to give its eonBcnt to tho 'IlOr..k I

the State of California.
