RESOLUTION No.
RESOLUTION SELLING $104,249.00 PRINCIPAL
AMOUNT OF IMPROVEMENT BONDS
CITY OF FRESNO ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 57
WHEREAS, by resolution 73-497 adopted on the 18th
day of october, 1973, the Council of the city 'of Fresno,
state of California, authorized the issuance of bonds
in the matter ~f City of Fresno Assessment District No. 57;
said bonds to be in the principal amount of $104,249.00 and
to be known as IIIMPROVEMENT BONDS, CITY OF FRESNO ASSESSMEN'r
DISTRICT NO. 57", all to be dated November 2, 1973; and it
further duly authorized the sale of said bonds at public
sale to the high~st bidder therefor; and
WHEREAS, notice of sale of said bonds has been
duly given in the manner prescribed by said resolution; and
WHEREAS, the best and'highest bid which complied
with the official notice of sale and which was received for
said bonds was from Stone & Youngberg who bid 97.26 percent
of the face value of said bonds, or a total discount from
par of $2,856.42 and an interest rate on bonds maturing
as follows:.
Five and Fifty Hundreths Percent'
{5.50%) on all bonds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the council of
the City of Fresno, State of California, as follows:
1. Said sale to stone ~ Youngberg for $l04/249.0~
principal amount less $2,856.42 discount for a total amoun~
of $101/392.58 shall be and is hereby accepted.
2. Said sal'e as made and accepted is faii};and on
the best terms available.

3. All bids except said accepted bid are hereby
rejected.
