(APN: 328-191-62, 328-191-10, 328-191-062, 326-191-63, and 328-191-64) This letter is to acknowledge that on the basis of the Notice of Voluntary Parcel Merger recorded as Document No. 2022-0079008 on June 16, 2022, the property line adjustments approved for the subject Voluntary Parcel Merger, have been perfected and conform to the provisions of Section §§66499.20 ¾ of the State Subdivision Map Act and Section 15-4203 of the Fresno Municipal Code.
