SUBJECT: VOLUNTARY PARCEL MERGER NO. 2022-25, 2022-26, 2022-27 FILED FOR
PROPERTY LOCATED NEAR THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF MINARETS AVENUE
AND INGRAM AVENUE.
(APN: 303-071-01, 02, 03, 04, 05, and 06)
This letter is to acknowledge that on the basis of the Notice of Voluntary Parcel Merger recorded as
Document No. 2022-0147712, 2022-0147713, 2022-0147714 on December 12, 2022, the property line
adjustments approved for the subject Voluntary Parcel Merger, have been perfected and conform to the
provisions of Section §§66499.20 ¾ of the State Subdivision Map Act and Section 15-4203 of the Fresno
Municipal Code.
The resulting parcel hereinafter shall be considered the lot of record.
