Don Pickett & Associates c/o Doug Henson 7395 North Palm Bluffs Avenue Suite 101 Fresno, CA 93711 SUBJECT: VOLUNTARY PARCEL MERGER NO. 2022-23 FILED FOR PROPERTY LOCATED ALONG EAST BELMONT AVENUE EAST OF NORTH LAVERNE AVENUE (APN: 310-132-36, 310-132-38, and 310-132-40) This letter is to acknowledge that on the basis of the Notice of Voluntary Parcel Merger recorded as Document No. 2022-0140267 on November 17, 2022, the property line adjustments approved for the subject Voluntary Parcel Merger, have been perfected and conform to the provisions of Section §§66499.20 ¾ of the State Subdivision Map Act and Section 15-4203 of the Fresno Municipal Code. The resulting parcel hereinafter shall be considered the lot of record.
