SUBJECT: VOLUNTARY PARCEL MERGER NO. 2022-19 FILED FOR PROPERTY LOCATED NEAR THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF EAST GETTYSBURG AVENUE AND NORTH FIRST AVENUE. (APN: 427-203-11)
This letter is to acknowledge that on the basis of the Notice of Voluntary Parcel Merger recorded as Document No. 2022-0128576 on October 14, 2022, the property line adjustments approved for the subject Voluntary Parcel Merger, have been perfected and conform to the provisions of Section §§66499.20 ¾ of the State Subdivision Map Act and Section 15-4203 of the Fresno Municipal Code.
The resulting parcel hereinafter shall be considered the lot of record.
