Lore Engineering, Inc. c/o Hal Lore, PE 620 DeWitt Avenue Suite 101 Clovis, CA 93612 SUBJECT: VOLUNTARY PARCEL MERGER NO. 2022-18 FILED FOR PROPERTY LOCATED ALONG WEST HERNDON AVENUE AND NORTH WEBER AVENUE (APN: 504-290-04 and 504-290-05) This letter is to acknowledge that on the basis of the Notice of Voluntary Parcel Merger recorded as Document No. 2022-0135040 on November 1, 2022, the property line adjustments approved for the subject Voluntary Parcel Merger, have been perfected and conform to the provisions of Section §§66499.20 ¾ of the State Subdivision Map Act and Section 15-4203 of the Fresno Municipal Code. The resulting parcel hereinafter shall be considered the lot of record.
