Richard Shepard, PLS PO Box 25783 Fresno, CA 93729 SUBJECT: VOLUNTARY PARCEL MERGER NO. 2022-11 FILED FOR PROPERTY LOCATED NEAR THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF EAST WOODWARD AVENUE AND SOUTH VAN NESS AVENUE. (APN: 468-315-03 and 468-315-04) This letter is to acknowledge that on the basis of the Notice of Voluntary Parcel Merger recorded as Document No. 2022-0086372 on July 1, 2022, the property line adjustments approved for the subject Voluntary Parcel Merger, have been perfected and conform to the provisions of Section §§66499.20 ¾ of the State Subdivision Map Act and Section 15-4203 of the Fresno Municipal Code. The resulting parcel hereinafter shall be considered the lot of record.
