SUBJECT: LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT NO. 2022-10 FILED FOR PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF EAST SHIELDS AVENUE AND NORTH FOWLER AVENUE. (APN: 574-120-01, 574-120-22, and 574-120-30) This letter is to acknowledge that on the basis of the deed transactions recorded on October 12, 2022, Document No. 2022-0127408, the parcel line adjustments approved for the subject Lot Line
Adjustment, have been perfected and conform to the provisions of Section §§66412(d) of the State Subdivision Map Act and Section 15-4202 of the Fresno Municipal Code.
