SUBJECT: LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT NO. 2022-08 FILED FOR PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF WEST KEARNEY BOULEVARD AND SOUTH CRYSTAL AVENUE. (APN: 464-070-09) This letter is to acknowledge that on the basis of the deed transactions recorded on September 1, 2022, Document No. 2022-0110221 and 2022-0110222, the parcel line adjustments approved for the
subject Lot Line Adjustment, have been perfected and conform to the provisions of Section §§66412(d) of the State Subdivision Map Act and Section 15-4202 of the Fresno Municipal Code.
