SUBJECT: LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT NO. 2022-03 FILED FOR PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE
NORTHWEST CORNER OF WEST SIERRA AVENUE AND NORTH PALM AVENUE.
(APN: 407-762-12)
This letter is to acknowledge that on the basis of the deed transactions recorded on December 27,
2022, Document No. 2022-0152012, and 2022-0152013, the parcel line adjustments approved for the
subject Lot Line Adjustment, have been perfected and conform to the provisions of Section §§66412(d)
of the State Subdivision Map Act and Section 15-4202 of the Fresno Municipal Code.
The resulting parcels hereinafter shall each be considered the lots of record.
