SUBJECT: LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT NO. 2021-15 FILED FOR PROPERTY LOCATED NEAR THE
NORTHEAST CORNER OF VALENTINE AND MADISON AVENUE.
(APN: 326-100-67 and 326-100-69)
This letter is to acknowledge that on the basis of the Notice of Voluntary Parcel Merger recorded as
Document No. 2022-0148621 and 2022-0148622 on December 14, 2022, the parcel line adjustments
approved for the subject Lot Line Adjustment, have been perfected and conform to the provisions of
Section §§66499.20 ¾ of the State Subdivision Map Act and Section 15-4203 of the Fresno Municipal
Code.
The resulting parcel hereinafter shall be considered the lot of record.
