(APN: 511-240-03, 511-240-38, and 511-240-36) This letter is to acknowledge that on the basis of the deed transactions recorded on June 14, 2022, Document Nos. 2022-0078522 and 2022-0078523, the parcel line adjustments approved for the subject Lot Line Adjustment, have been perfected and conform to the provisions of Section §§66412(d) of the State Subdivision Map Act and Section 15-4202 of the Fresno Municipal Code.
