SUBJECT: LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT NO. 2021-28 FILED FOR PROPERTY LOCATED NORTH OF EAST KINGS CANYON ROAD, EAST OF SOUTH ARMSTRONG AVENUE (APN: 313-280-86 and 313-280-87) This letter is to acknowledge that on the basis of the deed transactions recorded on September 30, 2022, Document No. 2022-0121575 and 2022-0121576, the parcel line adjustments approved for the subject Lot Line Adjustment, have been perfected and conform to the provisions of Section §§66412(d)
of the State Subdivision Map Act and Section 15-4202 of the Fresno Municipal Code. The resulting parcels hereinafter shall each be considered the lots of record.
