A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF

CERTAIN AREAS FROM THE NOR'l'H CEN'l'RAL
FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT (SWIFT-DELNO NO.2)
WHEREAS, the City of Fresno is a municipal corporation duly
organized and existing ,under the Constitution and laws of the
State of California, and the Council of the City of Fresno is
the legislative body of such city under its Charter; and
WHEREAS, by Ordinance No. 73-102 of the City of Fresno,

real property hereinafter described then situ~ted outside the
Fresno city limits, in the County of Fresno, State of California,
was annexed to the City of Fresno; and
WHEREAS, the ordinance has been filed with the Secretary of
.state, and an affidavit of completion was filed with the County
Recorder on __ J __ ll_ly ___ 2_7 __________ , 197~; and
WHEREAS, the hereinafter described area at the effective
date of such annexation w~s and now is located within the exterior
boundaries of the North Central Fire Protection Districti and
WHEREAS, section 13952 of the Health and Safety Code of
CQ11~ornia provides, in substance, that whenever any portion of
a fire protection district is includ~d within a city by reasb~
of annexation, such portion may be withdrawn from the fire pro-
tection district, such wi thdrav/al to be effective on the date
fixed by the legislative body of the city, which date shall not
be more than two years after said annexation proceedings are
completed;
NOW, THEREF~RE, THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRESNO DOBS
HEREBY RESOLVE AND DECLARE that the following described area be,
and the same is, withdrawn from the North Central Fire Protection
DistrIct, effective as of
