A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF FRESNO TRANSFERRING FUNDS FROM THE
COHT J NGENT FUND TO TilE BUDGET OF nON-
()£PARTHENTAL EXPENSES-FINANCE ADMINISTERED
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRESNO:
That the sum of $58,950,00 be ClOd Is hereby appropriated and
transferred as follows;
AIC No. 68 -Contingent Fund-Other $58,950.00 .
TO:
AIC No. 6/1055 -Special Projects
PURPOSE:
$58,950.0 0
To provide funds for transfer to the Fresno Community Analysis Division
for payment due T.R.W. in connection ... /ith consu1ting contract. These funds
will be repaid to the City of Fresno upon receipt of final Grant Pay~ent
from Housing & Urban Development.
The balance in the Contingent Fund after 'this transfer wi)] be
$512,324.50.
