RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL or THE CITY or FRESNO
that the Chief Administrative Officer be authorized to apply
·to the Department of Fi'nance of the Sta·te of Cillifornia to
estimate tho increase which has occurred in the City's
population since the last census, in accordance with
Section 194.2 of the Streets and Highways Code, and to
enter into such agreement v1ith said depar·tment as may be
necessary with respect to such estimate of population and
·the payment of the cost thereof.
