WHEREAS, HEADLINER DBVELOPMENT COHPANY

approval certfficato of the Council of the City of Fresno and the recording

WHEREAS, said subdivision lIes ';/ithin the boundaries of the City or Fresno; nnd,

has approved the tentatIve map, and the final subdivision map Is In substantial
compliance therewith, any deviations therefrom beIng deemed to be npproved by this
Council; and,
WHEREAS, a Subdivision Agreement, in -the form presented to the Councllthis
day, for the construction and Installation of rmprovement~ as therein specified
for said tr~ct. has been prep~red ond 15 ready for execution.
NOW. THEREFORE, 8£ IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Fresno as
follows!
