on . its own motion, proceedings to annex the heroina£ tor-des·cribed
uninhabited territory to the Cit~l of Fresno.
SECTION 2. 'l'he Local Agency pormationCommission of Fresno
county has heretofOre approved the application for the proposed
annexation herein initiated, and the prod{!Qding s therefor are
initiated, and shall be conducted and completed, in accordance
with the detenninations of said Commission in it.s resolution of
approval ..
