\'nIEREAS ,this council is authorized by ChRpter 5 of Division 2.5
of the Streets and Highways Code of the Stllte of California to vacate
and abandon a portion of a street \vhich has been superseded by relocation,
and
WHEREAS, it is hereby found by the Council that the following
described port~vn of a street to be vaclltcd and abandoned ~ has been
superseded by relocation;

A portion of the South 3/4 of Lot 89 of Easterby Rancho, as
said Lot is shown on the Hap~of Easterby Rancho, filed in the
Office of the county Recorder, June 24, 1880 and recorded
in Volume 2 of Plats at Page 6, Fresno County Records, previously d~eded for a ~treet easemerit,and more particularly described
