RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRESNO
MAKING APPLICATION FOR .APPROVAL OF PROPOSAL TO
INITIATE THE ANNEXATION OF TERRITORY DESIGNATED

WHEREAS, the Council desires to annex the herein~£ter described
territory to the City of Fresno in order to facilitate the orderly
and planned growth of the city and provide municipal services to
said territory; and
WHEREAs,the~erritory herein proposed to be an~exed is
designated .OE'1"1'.Y3J31JHO -Glll~WI'NV1' NO. 2:..-____ ----------'--,
and consists of that real property situated in the County of Fresno,
, State of California, the boundaries of which are specifically
described in Exhibit A attached bereto ~ndmade a part hereof by
this reference; and
WHEREAS, approva~ of the Local Agency Formation Commission
is a necessary prerequisite to initiation of such annexation
, proceedings by the Council;
,NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the council hereby makes

application to the Fresno county Local Agency Formation Commission
for approva1 of the initiation of proceedings by the Council to
annex to the Ci~y of Fresno the territory herein d~scribed.
