RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRESNO
MAKING APP£ICA'IllON Fon APPROVAL OF PROPOSAL TO
. INITIATE THE ANNEXATION OF 'fERREl'ORY D:BSIGNA'IJED
BELGRAVlA -FAIRVIEW NQ. 3
~ro SAID CITY
WHEREAS, th~ Council desires to annex the hereinafter described
territory to the city of Fresno in order to facilitate th~ orderly
.and planned growth of the city and provide municipal services to
said tarritory; and
WHEREAS, the territory herein proposed to be annexed is
designated BEI.GRAYIA -FAIRVIEW NO.3
and consists of that real property situated in the County of Fresno;
state of California, the boundaries of which are specifically
described in .Exhibi t A attached hereto and made a part hereof by
this referente; and
WHEREAS, approval of the Local Agency Formatj,on commission
is a necessary prerequisite to initiation o{ such annexation
proceedings by the Councili
NOW,· THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council hereby makes
application to the Frosno County l,oca1 Agency Formation commission
for approval of the initiation·of proceedings by the Council to
. annex to thQ City of Fresno the territory herein described.
