SEC'fION 1. Pursuant to the provlslons of the Annexo,tion
of Uninhabited Territory Act of 1939, the Council hereby

hereinafter-described uninhabited territory to the City of
Fresno ..
. SBC'fION 2. The Local Agency Formation Commission of
Fresno County has here'tofore . approved the application for
. the proposed annexation herein initiated, and the proceedings
