NHEREAS, the Council of said City nm/ finds from all the evidence . submitted that the said streets hereinafter particularly described are unnecessary for present and prospective public purposesj NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRESNO, pursuant to the provisions of the "Street vacation Act of 194111 , being Sections 8300-8331 of the Streets and Highways Coda of the State of Calfornia, ., DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOI .. LONS: 1.
