A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRESNO
MAKING AN APPROPRIATION AND TRANSFER FROM THE
CONTINGENT FUND TO THE NON-DEPARTMENTAL EXPENSES
DIVISION'S SPECIAL PROJECT ACCOUNT
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRESNO:

as fol lows:

PURPOSE:
$22,000.00

To temporarily advanc~·City funds through the Non-Departmental ,
Division to il Trust fund for the "West Fresno Unified Planning Project".
It is u~derstood that this advance will be repaid to the General F~nd
after receipt ~f the final payment of a Federal Grant for this project.
The balance in the Contingent Fund after this transfer will be
$400,274,39. _
