RESOLUTION NO. 72-19
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRESNO, CALIFORNIA,
APPROV I NG THE FI NAL SUBD I V I S ION MAP OF TRACT NO. 2248 ,
PALM LAKES , AND ACCEPTING DEDICATED PUBLIC
USES THEREJN, AND APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF THE
SUBDIVISION AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, CONSOLI DATED EQU ITY COMPAN I ES, A CALI F. CORP.
has offered for approval a final subdivisIon map desIgnated as Tract No. 2248

WHEREAS, all tho cortlflcates which appear on the final map (except the
approval certificate of the Coun~il of the City of Fresno and tha recording
certificate of the Recorder of the County of fresno) have been signed and
acknowl edged and sa; d f i na J map has been f; Jed -for approva I; and,
WHEREAS, said subdIvIsIon lies within the boundaries of the City of Fresno; and,
WHEREAS, said map conforms to all of the requirements of the Subdivision Map
Act of the State of California, and City ordinances, resolutions and standards; and,
WHEREAS, said subdivider and the owners, whose signatures appear on said map,
and others have offered for dedication certain streets, public utility easements,
access rights and oth~rpubllc properties and uses as shown and delineated upon
said map; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Fresno, by formal resolution
has approved the tentative map, and the final subdivision map is in substa~tial
cbmpllance therewith, any deviations therefrom being deemed to be approved
by th I s Council; and,
WHEREAS, a Subdivision Agreement dated January 27J 1972 in the form
. presented to the Council this day, for the construction and installation of
Improvements ai therein specified for said tract, has been prepared and Is ready.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Fresno as
follows:
I. That said final tract map is hereby approved and all of the streets,
public utility easements, access rights and other public properties and uses
offered for dedIcation on-said map are hereby accepted.
2. Said Subdivision Agreement is hereby approved and the Dlrector of
PublIc Works of the City Is hereby authorized to execute the same on behalf of
the City, effective as of the respective date theteof hereinbefore stated •
