RESOLVEOi by tho councIl of th~ City of Fresno, California,
on the 7th day of October, J~7l, this Council adopted Its
ResolutIon Detenntnlng Public Convenience and Hecesslty of Proposed Improvement
No. }1-322~toconstrlict Improvements by special assessment proceedings in said
city; and,·
WHERE1\S, the public Works Director has prepared and fl1ed with the Clerk
of the-City of Fresno his report, Including (1) a description of each lot or
parce 1 In-front of wh Ich work 15 proposed to be requ I red, (2) the name and
address of the owner, (3) an Itemfzea description of the proposed work, and
(4) on estImate of the assessment proposed to be levied agaInst such property
. .
'. -: , to pay the cost of construction of such work, all of whIch ~/as dono In the
form and manner required by the provisions of Article 28 of Chapter 15 of the
Municipal Code of the City of Fresno; and,
. WHEREAS, the Clerk, pursuant to the requirements of said Code, appointed.
Thursday, october 28, 1971, at the hour of 9:30 A.H.of said day In the
Cauncll Chamber, City Halt, Fresno. california, as the time and place for hearlng-. . .
protestS In relation to said proposed Improvements, and gave notice as required
by.ald Code; and,
WHEREAS~ It appears that notice of sald hearing was duly mailed In the time,

WHEREAS, said hearfng was duly and regularly held on October 28, 1971; and,
WHEREAS, at said time the Council did hear all objections and protests
saId Improvements and to the Dlrector's estimate of costs and expenses,

to bo hoord, and all matters pertaInIng to said ImprOVCO'lents were ful Jy heard and ..

WHEREAS, thIs Council has acquired Jurisdiction to order said Improvements

particulars, pursuarit to said Municipal Code of the City of Fresno
