A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF FRESNO APPROPRIATING RETAINED
EARNINGS OF THE WATER DEPARTMENT
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF iHE C)iY OF FRESNO:
That the sum of $42,488.54 be and is hereby appropriated from
Retained Earnings as follows:

AIC 795 Retained Earnings -water $42,488.54
TO:
Ale 6/7062 Refunds and Claims $42,488.54
PURPOSE:
To provide budgeted funds to be used to purchase the OutstandIng
Refundable Water Contracts.
