HHEREAS. all the certificates \'Ihich nppear on the final map (except the-
approval certificcJte of the Council of thcCity of Fresno and the recording
certificate of the Recorder of the County of Fresno) have been signed and
acknowledged and said fInal map has been filed for approv()\; and,
WHEREAS. said subdivision lies withIn the boundaries of the City of Fresno; and,
\-lHEREAS, snid map conforms to all of the requirements of the Subdivision Hap
Act of the State ofCaliforniu, and City ordinances, resolutions and standards; and. . -
HHEREAS. said subdivider and the ovmers, whose signatures appear on said map,
and others have offered for dedication certain streets, public utility easements,
access rights and other pubUc properties and uses as shown and delineated upon
said map; and,
HHErtEAS, tho Planning CommIssion of the City of Fresno, by formal re~olutjon, -~
has approved the tentative map, and the final subdivision map is in substantial
compliance thcre1,oJith. any deviations therefrom being deemed to be approved
by this Council; and,
\'lHEnEAS, () Subdivision Agreement dated Aug. 12, 1971 J and Contract for
Water Service to Subdivision dated Aug. 12, 1971

NOH, THEREFORE, OE IT RESOLVED by the Counci I of the CIty of Fresno as

1. That said final tract map is hereby approved and all of the streets,

offered for dedication on said map arc hereby accepted.
2. Said Subdivision Agreement and said Contract For Water Service to
Subdivision are hereby approved and the Director of Public "Jorks of the City is
hereby authorized to execute the same on behalf of the City, effective as of the
respectIve dates thereof hereinbefo,"e stated.
