A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRESNO AUTHORIZING
APPROVAL OF UTILITIES AGR£EMENT WITH THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA
AND THE INSTALLATION OF TWENTY-SEVEN INCH SANITARY SEWER
WHEREAS, on or about the alfgment of State HJgNHsy 4Jbetween
Barstow and the alignment of San Jose Avenues, an apartment complex Is being
bul It and It will be necessary for the State of CalIfornia to relocate a 27-lnch
sanitary sewer belonging to the CIty of Fresno, and,
WHEREAS, said apartment complex Is currently under construction and
Itls necessary to construct saId sewer across the premises of said apartments
prior to the InstallatIon of apartment structures such as fences, patios, bulld-
jngs, IrrigatIon systems, etc." and It Is therefore deemed necessary for the
preservation of the property of the CIty, State, and said property owner, that
thIs work be done Inmedlately.
NOW, THEREFORE ,I t J 5 reso lved by the Councf I of the C tty of Fresno.
as fol lows:
I. UtIlItIes Agreement No. 9628061, between the state of CalifornIa
and the City of Fresno, is hereby approved. and author I zed to be eX,ecuted by
the Public Works DIrector.
2. InstallatIon of saId 27-lnch sanItary sewer and advancement of
the cost thereof by the City Is hereby authorIzed. said work to be done by the
CIty's annual sewer contractor.
