A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCil OF THE CITY
OF FRESNO TRANSFERRING fUNDS FROM THE
CONT J NGENT FUND TO THE BUDGET OF THE .
NON-DEPARTMENTAL EXPENSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRESNO:
That the sum of $54,075.00 be and Is hereby approprIated
and transferred as follows:

To: AIC No. 6/1055 -SpecJal Projects
Purpose:
HEM NO.2

To provide an addItional subsIdy to Fresno TransIt for balance of 1970-71
FIscal Year. TheaddltlonaJ subsIdy necessary due to InsuffIcient revenues
and unantIcIpated expenditures.
The balance In the Contingent Fund after this transfer wIll be $23}834.87.
